I find that the cost of living is really high in Boston.
I moved to Boston from Uganda, and I was hoping to be able to build a house at home. However this dream still eludes me. I have settled in Waltham in the Karibu restaurant area. However my two bedroom apartment one bath costs about $1,400 a month. This makes it really hard for me to save up any money.
I work as a CNA looking after an old lady, and I work at least 40 hrs a week. I do eventually hope to go to school but at the moment I really can not afford too. There are a lot of Ugandans living in Boston but I intend to return to Uganda someday. I am worried that my dream of coming to America in order to build a house in Uganda will never bare fruit.
I have given myself deadlines and seem to miss every single one of them. I am contemplating returning to Uganda and giving up this dream... Wow, go to Uganda and then what?

hang in there some times we fall but you will get up keep your faith and your dream will come true
Have thought of relocating? I live in Michigan and u can get a 2 bedroom for 500-600 in a good area. I know Waltham, i always come to the Karibu Joint when am on business i like the food there. Just hang in there.
